Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers in the UK to deliver Maths, English or Science tutoring with a trauma-informed approach. Roles are self-employed and offer in-person, hybrid, or remote opportunities to support vulnerable learners.

Interviews are arranged as applications come in, with rapid contact for nearby assignments. We seek candidates with 2+ years of teaching experience, QTS/QTLS, and an enhanced DBS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS).
• Enhanced DBS clearance (we can assist) and 2+ references.
• Eligibility to work in the UK (including remote/online roles).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person, online or hybrid Maths, English or Science tutoring.
• Plan and report lessons and track student progress.
• Work with local authorities and schools to support SEND/SEMH needs.
• Maintain a safe learning environment and safeguarding standards.
• Support learners from KS1 to KS5 as appropriate for skills.
