Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers to transform the lives of disengaged and vulnerable learners across the UK with SEND/SEMH needs. Roles include Maths, English, or Science tutoring in in-person, hybrid, or remote formats, with flexible hours and trauma-informed approaches.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of teaching experience, QTS/QTLS, and a commitment to safeguarding. The opportunity offers CPD support and a pathway to meaningful, child-centred teaching.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH in trauma-informed settings.
• Subjects: Maths, English and/or Science.
• QT S/QT LS qualification required.
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references should be available.
• UK resident with right to work, including remote opportunities.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and safe learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online or hybrid tutoring in Maths, English or Science for SEND/SEMH learners.
• Plan and report lessons; give regular progress feedback.
• Support pupils KS1–KS5 with flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Contribute to raising standards of education for SEND and SEMH needs.
