Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers to deliver Maths, English, or Science tuition across in‑person, hybrid, and remote formats. Roles are self‑employed, with flexibility to fit your schedule, and involve safeguarding responsibilities aligned with local authority requirements.

You will work with pupils with SEND/SEMH across KS1–KS5 in a trauma‑informed framework. The role requires 2+ years of teaching, QTS/QTLS where applicable, and an enhanced DBS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH/MLD/SLD/PMLD.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) required or eligible.
• Enhanced DBS process can be facilitated.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Maths, English or Science tuition in person, online or hybrid.
• Plan lessons and report progress with regular feedback to pupils.
• Support vulnerable learners in a trauma‑informed approach within KS1–KS5 as appropriate.
