Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to explain concepts clearly to pupils aged 11–16.
• Experience supporting learning in secondary education or related settings.
• Ability to support literacy, numeracy and subject-specific tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small-group mentoring to raise GCSE prospects.
• Support classroom delivery alongside subject teachers to manage activities and routines.
• Assist with pastoral care and safeguarding in line with school policies.
• Support students during assessments as required.
