Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking a Secondary Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Key Stage 3 and 4 within a network of local secondary schools in the Tandridge area. You will work under supervision to support learning, behaviour and pastoral needs.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator capable of explaining difficult ideas and building rapport with students aged 11-16.

• Committed to safeguarding and student welfare with enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).

Responsibilities

• Targeted Interventions: Lead small breakout groups or 1:1 sessions for literacy, numeracy, or coursework support.
