Job summary

Phoenix Software, a leading UK IT solutions and managed service provider, is hiring a Sales Support to join the Charities & Housing team. The role focuses on raising sales orders, coordinating with customers and suppliers, and supporting Account Managers.

Based at our HQ in Pocklington, you will work with ISO-compliant processes, use our CRM, and help ensure timely delivery of quotes and orders. BPSS checks are part of the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in an administrative role.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritise work under pressure, work without supervision and meet deadlines.
• Committed to completing tasks to a successful conclusion.

Responsibilities

• Raising sales orders using the company sales tool and ISO compliant processes.
• Liaising with customers and suppliers via telephone, Teams and email to confirm prices and deals.
• Checking confirmation orders and ensuring the sales process is followed.
• Updating purchases/quotes in the sales system accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Using the CRM to create deal registrations and update opportunities.
• Providing cover for Account Managers and other Sales Admin staff.
• Assisting in managing client relationships to secure and retain business.
