Job summary

Wilderness Way seeks a dedicated Residential Support Worker to make a meaningful difference in children's lives across our homes in the UK. You will build trusting relationships, support schooling, health and wellbeing, and foster independence while working within a supportive team.

The role may offer progression to Senior Residential Support Worker and requires a positive, resilient attitude, full UK driving licence, and commitment to safeguarding children.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals in care, education, or youth work.
• Willingness to pursue Level 3 qualification if not held.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle may be required.
