Job summary

Wilderness Way is recruiting a Residential Support Worker to help children feel safe, valued and supported in a nurturing home. You may work across homes at senior level, mentoring others and promoting high standards of care.

Ideal candidates will have experience with children or vulnerable individuals, a positive, resilient mindset, and a commitment to pursuing a Level 3 diploma in Residential Childcare. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, young people or vulnerable individuals in care, education or related fields.
• Be 21 years or older due to requirements in children's residential care.
• Have the right to work in the UK; sponsorship not offered.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and be comfortable driving as part of the role.
