Job summary

Wilderness Way is seeking a Residential Support Worker to provide stable and nurturing care for children in our homes. You will build trusting relationships, support education and wellbeing, and help children access new experiences under calm, trauma-informed guidance.

Full-time, varied shifts in Penrith-area homes, with opportunities for progression to Senior Residential Support Worker. Driving licence preferred; DBS and safeguarding checks apply.

Qualifications

• Experience with children, young people or vulnerable individuals in care, education, youth work or similar.
• Willingness to work towards Level 3 qualification if not held.
• Be 21 or over due to regulatory requirements.
