The Cambian Group is seeking a Registered Manager in Tadcaster to lead a four‑bedroom children’s home within our CSE services, delivering high‑quality care and safeguarding for young people.

You will build and manage a strong team, develop tailored care plans, and collaborate with families, Local Authorities and partner agencies, supported by induction, leadership development, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a position related to residential care of children, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years.
• Experience using electronic care recording systems is preferred but not essential; training provided.

Responsabilités

• Develop Comprehensive Care Plans to address each child’s care, education, social, emotional, cultural, therapeutic and health needs.
• Develop a great team by supporting recruitment and induction, ensuring consistent faces for the young people.
• Foster Consultation with young people about the care they receive.
• Allocate Key Workers to implement individual care plans.
• Maintain High Standards in line with quality standards and the Home’s Statement of Purpose.
• Handle Complaints and Concerns from families or authorities in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Parents, carers and other professionals to promote welfare.
• Attend and contribute to care planning and review meetings.
