The role offers a salary of £54,080–£64,280 with bonuses and a clear path to Ofsted registration, reflecting the leadership you will provide as the home develops.

• Strong children's residential experience.
• Excellent safeguarding knowledge and Ofsted requirements.
• Genuine passion for improving outcomes for children and young people.

Responsibilities

• Lead the home through its opening and registration process and take overall responsibility for day-to-day management.
• Ensure safe, nurturing and high-quality care while building a strong team and positive culture.
• Maintain compliance with safeguarding, Ofsted standards and regulatory requirements.
