Job summary

Reed in Partnership in the UK is seeking a Progression Coach to attract, register and progress participants toward placements. The role involves fixed Reed locations and community venues, with travel across the North East.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a customer facing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel across the North East region.
• Willingness to work office-based with some travel.
• Proactive, supportive approach to participants.

Responsibilities

• Attraction and enlisting: pitches Reed in Partnership as partner of choice and enlists participants.
• Engagement and diagnosis: provides good customer service and explains service offerings; conducts initial assessments.
• Participant progression: develops and manages participants’ job goals and supports progression.
• Training delivery: delivers training sessions and adapts to diverse learners.
• In-work support: conducts in-work meetings and offers ongoing support to participants.
