Reed in Partnership is seeking a Progression Coach to attract, register and progress Participants to placements, delivering intensive personal support with coaching, diagnosis and action planning. The role involves working from Reed in Partnership locations and community venues, with travel across Kent and Sussex.

• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to assess participant needs and provide guidance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Pitches and promotes Reed in Partnership to attract Participants.
• Registers Participants and sets up progression plans.
• Liaises with Job Centre Plus and partners to support participants.
