Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Progression Coach to support participants on the Confident Futures programme. The role is office based, with travel across Kent and Sussex to deliver intensive coaching and progression support.

You will register and guide up to 25 participants, use coaching, diagnosis and action planning, and collaborate with partners to remove barriers to employment, with a generous benefits package and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing environments and frontline services.
• Proven coaching and guidance delivery to individuals or groups.
• Ability to engage, motivate and support participants with diverse needs.
• GCSE English and/or Level 2 Literacy requirements as stated in the job details.

Responsibilities

• Attracts and enlists participants, builds relationships with Job Centre Plus and partners.
• Provides engagement and diagnosis, explains services, and registers participants.
• Develops participant progression plans and collaborates with partners to address barriers.
• Delivers training and support to help participants progress to sustainable employment.
• In-work support and mentoring to help participants adjust to new employment.
