Transform Housing & Support in Guildford is recruiting a Housing and Support Worker to help vulnerable people build independence through personalised housing and support. You will act as a keyworker, delivering practical housing management and connecting clients with local services.

The role requires a full driving licence and use of your own car for business purposes, plus an Enhanced DBS check. Salary is £28,000 per annum with benefits and on-call allowances.

Qualifications

• You’ll use Excel, Word and Outlook daily.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience supporting vulnerable people is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on housing support and keyworker duties to named clients.
• Coordinate housing management tasks including rent collection and tenancy administration.
• Conduct risk assessments and health and safety checks.
• Connect clients with community services and local resources.
• Report maintenance issues and ensure client safety.
