Job summary

Solo Housing in the Poringland area is seeking an experienced Housing & Support Delivery Officer to manage a varied caseload and deliver person-led support to tenants. You will build positive relationships, conduct regular keywork sessions, support tenancy maintenance and help customers access local services, aiming for independence and settled housing.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering housing management services within social housing.
• Experience supporting people with complex needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and manage own workload.

Responsibilities

• Delivering meaningful support planning and regular keywork sessions with customers.
• Supporting customers to maintain their tenancy and make positive changes in their lives.
• Helping customers access relevant services and become more involved in their local community.
• Carrying out tenancy visits, sign-ups and routine checks.
• Managing tenancy-related issues, including rent arrears and service charges.
• Addressing anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches.
• Undertaking basic casework where required and reporting repairs.
• Maintaining accurate records of contacts and support plans.
