Job summary

Solo Housing (East Anglia) is seeking a committed housing management professional to deliver customer-focused services across East Anglia, helping individuals sustain tenancies and progress to settled accommodation.

In this role you will manage a varied caseload, maintain records, carry out welfare checks, and work with local authorities and partner agencies to improve outcomes while ensuring compliance with housing policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Have experience delivering housing management and support services within a social housing setting.
• Be highly organised, able to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a range of stakeholders.
• Have experience supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Deliver housing management services to customers living in Solo Housing properties.
• Provide person-centred support to help customers maintain their accommodation and achieve positive outcomes.
• Work with customers experiencing homelessness or complex life challenges to improve their independence.
• Ensure compliance with housing policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Carry out regular customers visits, support planning, and welfare checks.
• Manage cases effectively, maintaining accurate records and reports on internal systems.
• Work closely with local authorities, landlords, and partner agencies to deliver effective support.
• Maximise rental income through effective tenancy and arrears management.
• Support customers to move on successfully into long-term, settled accommodation
