Freedom from Torture in Scotland is seeking an administrative support assistant to aid the clinical service from referral to treatment, developing efficient admin systems and processing referrals. You will handle reception duties and take calls, ensuring smooth service delivery.

The role requires commitment to human rights, excellent communication with diverse stakeholders, and collaboration with external agencies and survivors. A generous leave entitlement and pension contributions are offered.

• Experience in maintaining high quality administrative systems to ensure smooth running of services.
• Excellent communication skills with a wide range of people, including service users and external agencies.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support to the Scotland Clinical Service from referral point to completion of treatment.
• Develop and maintain effective administrative systems to support the service.
• Process and respond to referrals to the service and liaise with external agencies and survivors referred to the service.
• Manage front-desk reception, including answering calls and welcoming clients.
