Job summary

Clyst Vale Community College in Exeter is seeking a committed Behaviour Support Worker to join our dedicated pastoral team. The role focuses on supporting pupil behaviour, wellbeing and engagement across KS3 and KS4.

Working with students facing behavioural, social, emotional or SEMH challenges, you will promote positive behaviour, deliver targeted interventions, and build strong relationships with pupils, families and staff. The post is hosted by Blackdown Education Partnership.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children or young people.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
