Job summary

Qualifications

• Extremely well organised with strong prioritisation and time-management.
• Able to lead by example and work on own initiative to support pupils.
• Determined and resilient, promoting a culture of excellent behaviour for learning.
• Experience communicating with pupils, parents and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Inclusion Team to support pupils needing help with attendance and behaviour.
• Engage with students, parents and external agencies professionally and confidentially.
• Prioritise work and maintain organised records to support safeguarding.
