Qualifications

• Experience mentoring or supporting children with SEMH or behavioural needs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to undergo Enhanced DBS.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support children with SEMH and behavioural needs 1:1 or in small groups.
• De-escalation and trauma-informed approaches when needed.
• Build trust and manage behaviours with clear boundaries and consistency.
