Job summary

Southern Housing is seeking a committed anti-social behaviour (ASB) professional to join our Housing Directorate, based in Hastings or Horsham. You will respond to ASB, manage risk, and help residents feel safe in their homes and communities.

Reporting to the ASB Manager, you will triage new reports, assess risk, plan actions, and investigate incidents with empathy and professionalism while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to address ASB effectively across our

Qualifications

• Experience of ASB case management in a social housing or similar environment is essential.
• Knowledge of repairs, housing management, or tenancy enforcement is beneficial.

Responsibilities
