Job summary

Connection Support in Northampton is seeking a proactive Team Manager to lead our Oasis House supported accommodation service. You will oversee day-to-day operations, support staff to deliver high-quality client-centred housing support, and work to help residents achieve stability and independence.

We value experience in complex accommodation settings, strong leadership, safeguarding, and partnership work with housing providers.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of management experience in complex supported accommodation or housing management.
• Experience in leading, supporting and developing a team.
• Experience with risk assessment, support planning, outcome monitoring and risk management.
• Understanding of housing and welfare benefits systems.
• Experience managing safeguarding concerns.
• Strong organisational skills and accurate record-keeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of the service and supervise frontline staff.
• Organise staff rotas, training and performance monitoring.
• Liaise with housing management provider to ensure compliance and high standards.
• Ensure safeguarding and risk management processes are followed.
• Contribute to developing a values-led, high-quality service for residents.
• Participate in on-call rota and support other services as needed.
