Randstad UK is seeking a Qualified Primary Teacher for an immediate-start, long-term position in Letchworth Garden City. The role spans Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, focusing on differentiated lesson planning and pupil well-being.

You will lead classroom activities, work with Teaching Assistants, and collaborate with SENCO and senior leaders to support SEND and EAL pupils while maintaining strong home-school partnerships.

Qualifications

• QTS essential. Applications welcomed from experienced primary educators and outstanding ECTs with UK primary classroom experience.
• Thorough command of primary curriculum requirements, adaptive teaching strategies, and positive behaviour management.

Responsabilités

• Adapted Curriculum Delivery: Formulate and execute differentiated, high-impact lesson plans aligned with National Curriculum.
• Core Subject Mastery: Use active teaching tools and modern phonics frameworks to boost pupil progress.
• Classroom Team Leadership: Inspire and collaborate with Teaching Assistants to maintain a safe, productive learning environment.
• Progress Assessment & Tracking: Use formative and summative assessments to monitor pupil milestones and growth.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Liaise with SENCO, KS leads, and senior leadership to support SEND and EAL pupils.
• Parental Partnerships: Maintain constructive communication with parents and carers to strengthen home-school partnerships.
