Job summary

• Progress Assessment & Tracking: Use formative and summative assessments to monitor pupil milestones and growth.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Liaise with SENCO, KS leads, and senior leadership to support SEND and EAL pupils.
• Parental Partnerships: Maintain constructive communication with parents and carers to strengthen home-school partnerships.
