Your Responsibilities

• Adapted Curriculum Delivery: Formulate and execute differentiated, high-impact lesson plans strictly aligned with National Curriculum framework standards to cater to varied pupil capabilities.
• Core Subject Mastery: Incorporate active teaching tools, practical mathematics strategies, and modern phonics frameworks into daily practice to boost pupil progress.
• Classroom Team Leadership: Inspire, direct, and collaborate with room Teaching Assistants to maintain an organised, safe, and productive learning atmosphere.
• Progress Assessment & Tracking: Implement robust formative and summative assessment tools to monitor individual pupil milestones, evaluate academic growth, and celebrate achievements.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Liaise closely with the SENCO, key stage leads, and senior leadership to ensure tailored support for SEND and EAL pupils.
