Job summary

University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a part-time Pathway Support Clerk in the Imaging Business Unit. The role covers reception and administrative tasks, assisting with scheduling of patients for imaging tests across X-ray, Ultrasound, CT, MRI and related services.

30 hours per week, 08:30-17:00, with potential evenings or weekends on a rota. We seek candidates with IT literacy, English and Maths GCSEs, and previous experience in a busy

• Good English GCSE or equivalent.
• Experience in busy customer care or reception.
• IT literacy and ability to use appointment systems.
• Ability to work as part of a team and individually.

Responsibilities

• Reception duties and administrative support for scheduling patients.
• Support across Imaging departments including X-ray, Ultrasound, CT, MRI.
• Use IT appointment systems and maintain accurate records.
