University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic receptionist to support patient scheduling and reception duties within the Imaging Business Unit. The role spans two acute hospitals and multiple community sites, with opportunities for development in admin and clerical work.

The post requires confident communicators, good IT literacy, and strong time-management skills to multi-task across busy imaging services and across UHDB sites.

Competenze

• Experience in busy customer-focused or care environments or call handling and reception is essential.
• Competent IT skills and experience with appointment/scheduling systems.
• Good written and verbal communication and ability to work in a team or independently.

Mansioni

• Provide reception and clerical support for imaging scheduling across multiple clinical areas.
• Coordinate patient appointments for X-ray, Ultrasound, CT, MRI, and other tests.
• Maintain accurate records and liaise with colleagues and patients while under pressure.
