Job summary

One Stop Healthcare in Hemel Hempstead is seeking an Imaging Administration Assistant to join the Imaging team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will provide a comprehensive imaging administration service to clinical staff in line with data protection and confidentiality guidelines.

The role requires 37.5 hours per week on a 7 day rota, with weekend and bank holiday shifts. The successful candidate will have healthcare administration experience, GCSE English, and excellent communication and

About the role

Your responsibilities will include to provide a comprehensive imaging administration service to medical staff in the imaging department and other clinical team members in strict accordance with the Data Protection Act and Company Confidentiality Guidelines, ensuring all work is processed in a timely, efficient way.

The successful candidate will be expected to work on a shift basis, working 37.5 hours per week over a 7 day rota during the hospital operating hours. The rota is not fixed, is subject to change in order to meet operational needs and will be required to work weekends and bank holidays in accordance with the rota.

About you

The ideal candidate will be educated to GSCE level to include English, have previous experience in healthcare administration, working to deadlines with excellent verbal, written communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
