Job summary

Spire Bristol Hospital is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Imaging Administrator to join the radiology team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will help provide an efficient bookings service and support patient administration within the radiology department.

Shifts are 7am-8pm, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work. You will use SAP and WIM systems, welcome and register patients, manage imaging bookings, and liaise with radiographers and clinicians to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• Experience of face to face customer/patient interaction.
• Has excellent Administration skills using different databases and systems (training will be given).
• Exceptional phone manner.
• Having previous medical knowledge would be advantageous but not essential.
• Enthusiastic and energetic professional.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming, registering and booking appointments for all patients in a warm, professional and caring manner
• Provide and maintain an efficient bookings system for all in and out-patients using a computerised system (SAP and WIM) for GPs, consultants and other users
• Collate all necessary paperwork to enable radiographer/radiologist to undertake/report the examination
• Responsibility for the efficient management of imaging bookings, liaising with department staff as appropriate
• To present a professional, smart image at all times, ensuring adherence to the uniform policy
• Manage the department phone calls in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring all calls or enquiries are responded to in a timely manner. are responded to in a timely manner

Spire Bristol Hospital arelooking for an enthusiastic and motivated Administrator to join their established radiology team on a full-time and permanent basis.

Working Hours
