What will you be doing?

  • Delivering customer transformation projects across the Infrastructure, Government and Healthcare sectors.
  • Spending 80-90% of your time working with clients and colleagues, leading teams or working as part of a larger team.
  • Contributing to practice development and leading internal initiatives.
  • Coaching and developing team members and acting as a performance manager.
  • Applying your understanding of technology capabilities in Strategy, Insight, and Deployment through hands-on delivery experience.
  • Building client relationships, managing teams, and developing personally and professionally.

What will you need?

  • Proven success in delivering complex programs focused on customer outcomes.
  • Experience with consulting methodologies and implementing customer experience technology solutions.
  • Experience in customer-centric change programs and research/assessment into customer and digital maturity.
  • Understanding of digital, data, and technology in customer experience management.
  • Experience in sectors such as Infrastructure, Transport, Central Government, Local Government, or Healthcare.
