What will you be doing?

  • Delivering customer transformation projects across Infrastructure, Government, and Healthcare sectors.
  • Spending 80-90% of your time working directly with clients and colleagues, leading or collaborating within teams.
  • Contributing to practice development and leading internal initiatives to build expertise.
  • Coaching and developing team members, acting as a performance manager in a matrix environment.
  • Applying knowledge of technology deployment, strategy, and insight to enable customer solutions.
  • Building client relationships, managing teams, and focusing on personal and team development.

What will you need to do it?

  • Proven success in delivering complex programs focused on customer outcomes.
  • Experience with consulting methodologies and implementing customer experience technology solutions.
  • Experience in designing and implementing customer-centric change programs.
  • Ability to conduct customer and digital maturity assessments and translate research into strategies.
  • Understanding of digital, data, and technology's role in customer experience management.
  • Experience in sectors such as Infrastructure, Transport, Government, or Healthcare.
