Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to lead day-to-day operations and maintenance for facilities within a designated region. You will supervise staff, coordinate field activities, and partner with Property Managers to support repairs and investment plans.

You will build relationships with clients, oversee budgets and capital projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive CBRE's RISE values through leadership and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of experience and education considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
• Ability to communicate sensitive, complex information and set performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities; set schedules and deadlines.
• Develop positive relationships with clients and review regional facilities’ performance.
• Report on property profiles, site inspections, and facility audits.
• Develop policies to ensure contract specifications are fulfilled and projects approved.
• Create strategic facility management objectives and manage capital projects and budgets.
