Job summary

Sodexo is looking for an IFM Contract Manager to lead the delivery of hard and soft FM services across the University of Greenwich estate, including the Avery Hill and Greenwich campuses.

Based in Eltham, you will report to the Head of Facilities Management & Workplace Experience, manage on-site teams, ensure safety, compliance and high customer satisfaction.

This 40-hour week role includes an on-call rota and a Flexible Benefits fund of £1,300 to spend on selected benefits.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing hard and soft FM services in a large, complex environment.
• Proven track record in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM).
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with CAFM/CMMS systems and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery of integrated facilities management across multiple campuses.
• Build trusted relationships with university stakeholders and clients.
• Create exceptional workplace experiences prioritising people and customer satisfaction.
• Drive compliance with statutory and contractual requirements.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs and budgets; manage campus finances.
• Develop and coach high-performing teams.
