Job summary

A recruitment agency in the UK is seeking an Experienced IFA Administrator to work closely with clients and ensure their satisfaction. This role includes responding to client enquiries, processing investment and pension applications, and general client administration. Candidates must have experience in the Financial Services industry and be able to work efficiently with tools like Intelligent Office CRM and Microsoft Office. There is also potential to develop into an Office Management role or study for Paraplanning in the future.

Qualifications

Experienced IFA Administrator

This is a unique opportunity to join a business and grow with it! Right now, our client is looking to hire an experienced IFA administrator to work closely with them and their clients to ensure complete client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Responding promptly to client enquiries.
  • General client administration.
  • Reconciling fee income.
  • Processing investment and pension applications.
  • Developing tasks and workflows within the back-office system to improve efficiency.
  • Attending client meetings.

Over the next 12 months, the right candidate will become integral to the business and help shape their own future career. A dedicated and proven candidate can choose to develop the role into an Office Management role as our client expands, or study to become a Paraplanner and eventually an Adviser one day.

Experience in the Financial Services industry is vital, as they require someone who can hit the ground running.
