Job summary

Experian is seeking an experienced Optimisation Manager to lead the ID+ performance and trading efforts within the Consumer Services business. You will drive commercial performance, grow the end‑to‑end customer experience and act as the commercial and experimentation expert for the ID+ Product team.

You will own the ID+ optimisation roadmap, partner with Product on new features, and shape testing, rollout and measurement to balance growth with customer and business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in optimisation, experimentation, personalisation, CRO, growth or e‑commerce.
• Hands-on with A/B testing and MVP testing.
• End-to-end discovery, delivery and analysis with stakeholder feedback loops.
• Experience with design, engineering and analytics teams, and self-service when needed.
• Experience with A/B testing, personalisation, analytics and session replay tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ID+ conversion, adoption and commercial performance with Performance Analyst.
• Communicate performance insights and recommended actions to the business.
• Own the ID+ optimisation roadmap and translate opportunities into experiments.
• Identify who benefits from ID+ and how to reach them using targeting and personalisation.
• Collaborate with Product on new features and customer experiences.
• Shape testing and rollout, measure impact and inform iterations.
