Experian Information Solutions, Inc. in the UK seeks an experienced Optimisation Manager reporting to the Marketing Director to grow Identity Plus (ID+), our protection subscription service, within our product ecosystem.

You will lead growth initiatives, drive end-to-end optimisation, and balance customer needs with business performance. Based in a dedicated optimisation team, you will own the ID+ roadmap, run experiments and personalisation, and partner with Product, Design, Engineering and

• Strong experience in optimisation, experimentation, personalisation, CRO or growth.
• Hands-on with A/B testing and MVP testing.
• Able to run discovery, delivery and analysis end-to-end.
• Experience collaborating with Design, Engineering and Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the ID+ optimisation roadmap and identify growth Opportunities.
• Partner with Product to shape features and experiments, measure impact.
• Lead testing, rollout and use performance insight to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering and Analytics to drive conversion.
