Hastings Direct is seeking a highly experienced Optimisation professional to lead experimentation and roadmap delivery for digital initiatives within a fast-paced ecommerce environment. You will own testing cycles, synthesize insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive conversion and business performance.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, UX considerations, and the delivery of new propositions and MVPs to a broad customer base with a flexible hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Experience in optimisation and experimentation with a track record of commercial success in a high-volume ecommerce environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery in experimentation and manage the Optimisation Roadmap.
• Drive continuous process improvement across ideation, prioritisation, testing, QA, reporting and communications.
• Support development and delivery of new propositions and MVPs to customers.
