Job summary

Experian UK is seeking a Head of Performance Analytics to lead a high-impact analytics function, shaping strategy and delivering critical insights for commercial decision‑making. You will own the analytics roadmap, develop predictive models (LTV, retention, churn) and reporting frameworks, partnering with Memberships, Commercial and Finance to maximise customer value and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading Analytics or Performance Analytics teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and strategic business partnering.
• Experience building predictive models and ML-aware insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytics roadmap and align with business strategy.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing analytics team.
• Develop predictive models for LTV, retention, churn and profitability.
• Deliver trusted metrics and executive dashboards.
