Zusammenfassung

Experian is seeking an experienced Optimisation Manager to drive Identity Plus (ID+) performance. You will own the optimisation roadmap, run experiments and partner with Product to grow adoption while balancing customer outcomes.

You will collaborate with Design, Engineering and Analytics to deliver end-to-end discovery, delivery and insights, shaping testing and rollout across the ID+ product ecosystem.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in optimisation, experimentation, personalisation, CRO, growth or e-commerce.
• Ability to run discovery, delivery and analysis end-to-end with stakeholders.
• Experience working with Design, Engineering and Analytics, and ability to self-serve when needed.
• Experience with A/B testing, personalisation, analytics and session replay tools.
• Commercially focused with strong understanding of conversion, engagement and product performance metrics.

Aufgaben

• Monitor ID+ conversion, adoption and commercial performance and work with analysts to identify opportunities.
• Communicate performance to the business with rationale and actions.
• Own the ID+ optimisation roadmap and turn insights into ideas, hypotheses and experiments.
• Identify who benefits from ID+ and how to reach them; test growth through targeting and personalisation.
• Partner with Product on new features, propositions and customer experiences and inform decisions with data.
