National Highways is seeking a Lead Identity Manager to steer Identity and Access Management strategies across digital and operational environments. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery of identity lifecycle management, governance, and authentication services.

You will oversee Vetting Services, JML accounts and drive policies, standards, and risk reduction while aligning with business objectives and security controls. Hybrid work with UK-office presence is required.

Formación

• Demonstrate experience in leading security or technology functions providing services and support.
• Proven experience in leading the development and deployment of security or technology services.
• Practical experience in leading or building teams operating in a technology environment.
• Experience in managing teams providing first and second-line support of operational services or use of support tools such as ServiceNow.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Identity Governance and Assurance, Privilege Access Management, Vetting Services and JML accounts.
• Enforce, review, and improve security policies, standards and processes for right access.
• Deliver operational Identity Services to meet quality expectations and provide value to users.
• Provide regular reporting of Identity threats, risks and controls to stakeholders.
