Job summary

National Highways seeks a Lead Identity Manager to direct Identity and Access Management, governance, privileged access, and authentication services across operational and business environments. The role requires leadership across teams, policy development, and ongoing security improvement.

The successful candidate will lead Identity Governance and Assurance, Vetting Services and JML accounts, ensuring access is controlled and compliant with standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security or technology functions delivering services.
• Proven track record building and deploying security or technology services.
• Experience building and mentoring teams in a technology environment.
• Ability to develop policies, strategies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Identity and Access Management globally across environments.
• Oversee governance, privileged access, and authentication services.
• Develop, update and enforce identity SOPs and knowledge articles.
• Provide regular reporting on identity threats, risks and controls.
