Job summary

Talent is seeking an ICT Voice Engineer to join the South West team. You will handle day-to-day BAU support, contribute to core projects, maintain systems and mentor junior engineers.

Ideal candidates will have CUCM/UCCE experience, Teams/VoIP/SIP Trunking skills and a solid networking background. A contract role with on-site responsibilities and an on-call component is offered in the South West region.

Qualifications

• Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Cisco Unified Contact Centre Enterprise (UCCE).
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams, VoIP, SIP Trunking and Session Border Controllers (Ribbon and CUBE).
• Solid understanding of core networking environments.

Responsibilities

• BAU and maintenance: manage network tickets, health checks, renewals, firmware upgrades and hardware replacements.
• Support project teams, deploy new equipment and participate in on-call rota.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the ICT team.
