Oasis Academy Lord’s Hill in Southampton is seeking a committed Technician to support our Art & Technology curriculum. You will provide effective technical assistance in Art, 3D Design, and Cookery, helping both teachers and students.

Comprehensive training will be provided, and the role may evolve with curriculum priorities. We value flexible, calm individuals who can build strong relationships and work well in a busy school environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide effective and efficient technical assistance in Art, Technology (3D-Design) and Cookery.
• Support teachers and students with ICT and equipment during lessons.
• Assist with setting up lessons and maintaining equipment and resources.

We are looking for a committed, flexible, and energetic person able to support our Art & Technology curriculum area. The role involves supporting teachers and students by providing effective and efficient technical assistance in the three areas of Art, Technology (3D-Design) and Food & Cookery. This is however a role that may evolve over time dependent on the Academy’s curriculum and teaching & learning priorities.

Comprehensive training will be provided to the successful candidate to help develop the full range of skills to carry out this role effectively, although proficiency or prior knowledge in one of these areas would be an advantage.
