Job summary

A local secondary school in Rochdale is seeking an enthusiastic ICT Teacher for a part-time position. The role involves delivering engaging lessons in Digital Literacy and ICT across KS3 and KS4, requiring Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in ICT and prior teaching experience. This is an opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking environment. Pay is between £150 - £200 per day, dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching ICT / Digital Literacy at KS3-KS4 level.
• An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Strong classroom management skills and a passion for supporting student progress.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Digital Literacy and ICT.
• Support student progress in ICT across KS3 and KS4.
• Conduct a trial lesson and meet with the Head of ICT.

Start Date: Immediate

Contract: Until January 2026 - could extend for the right ICT Teacher

Days: Part time - Monday, Tuesday & Friday 8:30am - 3pm.

Pay: £150 - £200 per day (dependent on experience).
