Job summary

Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an ICT Support Technician (Band 4) to provide end-user hardware and software support across sites in the Birmingham and Solihull area.

The role requires solid knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Desktop platforms including Microsoft 365, and the MS Office suite, plus strong communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Desktop platforms including Microsoft 365.
• Proactive problem solving and ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Current full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Install end user hardware and software and implement ICT systems.
• Update technical documentation and asset systems.
• Travel to other sites within the Birmingham and Solihull area.
• Provide effective ICT support for resolution of calls.
