Supply Heroes are seeking an experienced ICT Technician for a Secondary School and Sixth Form near Birmingham city centre. You will provide first and second line IT support to staff and students, install and troubleshoot hardware/software, and help manage school IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line IT support to staff and students.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software.
• Support Windows OS, networking and cloud-based platforms.
• Manage user accounts and permissions.
• Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, printers and mobile devices.
• Support classroom tech and audio-visual equipment.
• Assist with network maintenance and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records.
• Support cyber security and safeguarding requirements.
• Liaise with external IT providers where required.
