Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced ICT support professional to provide technical assistance to MHIAE and MHIAE-FR staff in the United Kingdom. You will diagnose issues, manage AD, Azure, ERP, and SQL, and collaborate with the global helpdesk. Strong English communication and customer service are essential.

You will help maintain security, backups, Office 365, PowerBI, InTune, and remote access solutions, while covering senior ICT manager duties when needed.

Qualifications

• Three years of IT support or technology-focused experience.
• Enterprise level user support and troubleshooting experience.
• Advanced MS server skills, Azure cloud, DevOps.
• Client OS knowledge, AD and group policies.
• ERP – MS Dynamics, Business Central and Navision experience.
• MS SQL Server knowledge and networking basics.
• Awareness of AI developments and data backup/restoration.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office products.
• Advanced knowledge of iPhone and mobile device management.
• Remote working and access knowledge and skills.
• Strong customer service ethos and teamwork.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICT technical support to MHIAE staff.
• Assist staff with computer troubles, network access, and performance.
• License and service management for printers/scanners; liaise with suppliers.
• Information security, antivirus and incident response.
• Assist with Microsoft Office and ERP-related needs.
• Escalate incidents to MHI Global Helpdesk as needed.
• Install and configure computers and servers per standards.
• Maintain Azure cloud services and apply patches.
• Maintain logs and audit/compliance evidences.
• Support Business Central and Power BI usage.
• Assist third-party vendors with ERP/SQL infrastructure.
• Manage devices via Mobile Device Management (InTune).
• Manage remote access via VPN and liaise with vendors.
• Monitor meeting room facilities and data backups; ensure business continuity.
• Contribute to ICT projects and cover Senior ICT manager during absences.
• Other duties as required by management.
