Job summary

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Air Conditioning Europe (MHIAE) is seeking an IT Engineer to provide ICT support and maintain a high standard of service for staff at The Square, Stockley Park, Uxbridge.

The role covers Azure cloud services, MS Dynamics ERP, SQL Server, AD/GPOs, and mobile device management, with a focus on security, reliability and user satisfaction. 35 hours weekly, Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00, based on site.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of IT support experience.
• Experience with enterprise IT systems and user support.
• Strong Windows server and Azure skills.
• Knowledge of ERP: MS Dynamics, Business Central, Navision.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICT support to MHIAE staff and MHIAE-FR staff.
• Maintain Azure cloud services and Windows servers.
• Support ERP and SQL infrastructure, BI tools including Power BI.
• Manage mobile devices and VPN remote access.
• Coordinate with HQ ICT and external vendors as needed.
