Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of relevant IT support or technology-focused experience.
• Enterprise level IT user support and troubleshooting experience.
• Advanced MS server skills, Azure cloud, DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICT support to MHIAE staff.
• Resolve day-to-day computer, network, and access issues.
• Manage servers, cloud services, backups, and security practices.
